Chipotle Turns Friday the 13th into a Lucky Day for Tattooed Fans with BOGO Deal & New Temporary Tattoos

While Friday the 13th is often seen as an unlucky day, Chipotle is flipping the script by offering a special buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deal for customers with tattoos—inspired by the viral meme of people being “tatted like a Chipotle bag.”
How to Score the Deal
On Friday, June 13, from 3-4 p.m. local time, customers who show any tattoo—whether permanent, temporary, or even drawn-on—can get a free entrée with the purchase of another at participating Chipotle locations.

To celebrate, Chipotle is dropping its first-ever collection of 13 temporary tattoos, featuring fun designs like ingredients, black forks, and the slogan “Chipotle is my life.”
- At 13 select locations, customers who order in-restaurant between 3-4 p.m. will receive a free flash tattoo sheet (while supplies last).
- Participating locations include:
- Atlanta, GA – 3424 Piedmont Rd
- Austin, TX – 801 Congress Ave
- Chicago, IL – 316 N Michigan Ave

“On the biggest day for tattoos, we’re honoring fans who have artwork like our takeout bags,” said Stephanie Perdue, VP of Brand Marketing. “And for those not ready for permanent ink, our temporary tattoos let everyone join the fun!”
