Nicki Minaj has taken aim at Roc Nation and its associates, echoing 50 Cent’s signature call-out style in a series of explosive social media posts. The rapper first targeted Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez, sharing allegations that Perez abused her daughter, Demoree, and allegedly had her wrongfully institutionalized.

Minaj vs. Roc Nation & Desiree Perez

Minaj posted a screenshot of a video accusing Perez of holding her daughter against her will and physically assaulting her, captioning it:
“Oh no what’s going on The Shade Room?!?!!!! Help!!!!!”

The claims stem from a recent lawsuit reported by NBC6 South Florida, in which Perez’s daughter, Hadley, alleges her mother used her wealth and influence to have her involuntarily committed to a mental health facility for two weeks. Hadley denies claims that she attempted an overdose, citing medical records and bodycam footage as evidence. The suit also accuses Perez of interfering in Hadley’s marriage by fabricating domestic violence allegations against her husband, Javon Hadley—claims both deny.

Taking Shots at Jay-Z & Megan Thee Stallion

Minaj didn’t stop there. She reignited speculation about Jay-Z’s alleged son, Raymir Satterthwaite, who has been publicly seeking a paternity test from the rap mogul. Posting a side-by-side photo of Jay and Raymir, she wrote:
“Oh is this why he was trending the other day? Idk. I hope all is well. To God be the glory.”

Raymir, 31, has repeatedly asked Jay-Z to take a DNA test, telling the Daily Mail:
“If he is not [my father], why can’t he prove me wrong?… I can take a no. I can take being embarrassed. I just can’t take him not saying anything.”

Minaj also took a cryptic swipe at Megan Thee Stallion, referencing Megan’s lawsuit with former cameraman Emelio Garcia, which a federal judge recently allowed to proceed. Garcia alleges Megan created a hostile work environment, made degrading comments about his sexuality, and retaliated against him after he complained. Megan’s team has denied the claims, calling Garcia a “con artist.”

Minaj’s post seemed to allude to Megan’s “Megan’s Law” diss from her song “Hiss”—a jab at Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, a registered sex offender. She wrote:
“What was the name of that law again??????? Karma’s Law? Touch not my anointed law? Vengeance is the Lord’s law?… the blogs posting lies, thank you. More money for me. We’re working. Trust.”

The Super Bowl Snub & Ongoing Feud

Minaj’s issues with Roc Nation may trace back to Lil Wayne being overlooked for the Super Bowl halftime show in his hometown, New Orleans, in favor of Kendrick Lamar. She previously blasted Jay-Z—who oversees the NFL’s live music strategy—on X (formerly Twitter) and rapped about the snub on Wayne’s track “Banned From N.O.”:
